Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your FitLife Member account and associated personal data by contacting support from the email address on your account.

How to submit a request

  1. Email support@fitlifeindia.com from the email address linked to your FitLife account.
  2. Use the subject line: FitLife account deletion request.
  3. Include your name, account email, and the app you use: FitLife Member.
  4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What happens next

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or security review. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
