Get help with sign-in, current access refresh, safety guidance, reminders, privacy, terms, and account controls for the FitLife Member app.
FitLife Member is a consumption-only companion app. It does not provide checkout, pricing, purchase, billing, coupon, or plan-change actions.
Login and account access
If you cannot sign in, confirm the email address used for your FitLife account and contact support for account lookup help.
Refresh current access
In the FitLife Member app, open My Plan and tap Refresh access. The app reads current access from FitLife servers after sign-in.
Practice reminders
Reminder permissions can be enabled or disabled in the Profile screen. Notification taps only route to Home, My Plan, or Help.
Safety and wellness guidance
Review wellness consent before practice. Stop for pain, dizziness, chest pressure, breathlessness, numbness, or unusual discomfort.
